Doraemon: Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil was it a Movie or just an extended episode?

Now I went to watch this movie for one reason and one reason only, cause it's Doraemon.
So what would one expect but an exteded episode of Doraemon, and of you thik that you clearly have not seen Nobita and the Steel Troops.

A movie which had a lot of the Similar Plot points of this movie, with them wanting to indtroduce an entire Civilization of people who want to invade the Earth and Doraemon being faced by the Dilemma of being a Robot, as well one of the robots self sacrificing to kill the main villain, and that self sacrifice being motivated by Shizuka's humaity and Kindness.
And somehow it was able to do all that with such depth that it had an entire theatre crying at it.
I mean if you didn't cry at Ri ruru dying in Shizuka's arms then your heart is made of Stone and I hate you.

And if that is too grand a scale, let's talk about Nobita's Little Star Wars, a movie that genuinely made me hate the villains and made me afraid that everyone of my favorite characters will die.

This was by all measure my trasformers the movie Moment, you know that time in childhood when you realize your favorite characters are no longer safe.
Am I blinded by childhood nostalgia?
Maybe.
But one thing I remember about both these movies is the logical consistency and how one action would seamlessly lead into the other, and I am well aware of that because I have watched each of them at least twenty times and picked appart every bit of lore until I could see the bones.
And then you have this movie, where Poseidon is introduced out of nowhere and said to be an AI that wants to destroy Atlantis and we should all hate him just because.
In a blink and you miss it line, Doraemon is called one of the AI and why does he side with the Humans and there is this one character out of all atlanteans who respects Nobita ad Gang ad then out of nowhere this character that everyone hates is now supremely respected and important, also, why does the AI want women?
That last part could be the translation but let me remind you I saw both the earlier movies i Hindi, and I didn't face the same problem.
there is a ship in the beginning and it is never mentioned again, ad the villain just appears and then dies,
The emotional Core of this movie, the Car, has a very stupidly paced arc, with her repeatedly stating How much her last owners made her hate humanity and then Shizuka's Humanity makes her want to kill the Evil AI.
Idk man, I think an ungodly amount of time is spent on Nobita going through his Homework, and well, that happens in the Show.
The thing is, the story is not as much bad as it is just not movie level, and while yeah its good to see Doraemon on the big screen again, this is not what I expected, okay for a one time watch I guess.
