You know kids, if something's too good to be true, then it probably is...

Like for example... Matty showing up after all this time, relatively unharmed and able to walk and speak no less...

And mentioning that Phil is still alive for some reason...

But you know, Kids will be Kids, and they for sure want to save their friend who is potentially being kept down in the Sewers by the Entity newly known as Pennywise the Dancing Clown, unfortunately they aren't the only ones going down there, alongside them are the stupid as fuck military who want to end the cold war by using Pennywise...

Yeah sure Buddy, we all have great expectations and great ambitions...

Rose being the only smart one in this situation and a part of the Tribe that is keeping Pennywise at bay, secretly sets up Taniel with the Dagger forged from the thing that contained Pennywise when he fell to the Earth and sets up the team to be trapped in and killed by the Entity so that they are prevented from finding a disturbing the Pillars...

At least that is what is implied...

Meanwhile Hanlon is fucking annoyed that Shaw would allow him and his Family to shift here and gets the most generic military speak ever...

Hanlon obviously tries to get his Son Will and wife Charlotte shifted elsewhere, which Speaking of Charlotte, she is indeed unable to keep her promise and Hank is indeed transferred to Shawshank...

Or at least that was the plan...

His Prison transport gets attacked(presumably by Pennywise) and he sneaks on the back of Ingrid's Car as a means to escape, at first it appears that he is threatening her because he wants an out... but something seems off because he has no weapon...

Maybe his presence is enough? Since he is a convicted criminal?

No my friend, it turns out that the married white woman he was with was none other than Ingrid.

Who is Ingrid? well none other than the head of the caretakers at Juniper Hill who developed a close bond with Lilly when she was there...

And I really liked this because it makes the world feel more whole and interconnected, like the woman could have been someone random... but she was not...

And Speaking of Lilly, she steals from her Mother's bag what is possibly Chlonotril, in my opinion, but she calls it Mama's little helpers, because her mom takes them to calm herself and rid herself of her fears, hoping that taking these, will keep the entity from making them afraid and hence make it powerless.

Because the theory that the kids come up with is that the entity doesn't want them dead, it wants them to be afraid and that's it... well that's not it... as they will soon find out...

Because predators that make their preys afraid before killing them do so because they like the taste and smell of the fear hormones when they release in the preys blood stream...

I truly never thought I would get a somewhat possibly biological explanation for Pennywise's whole Marinate in fear Shtick...

But here we are I guess...

But does the pill thing work?

No it does not.

You would think if it were that easy the losers club wouldn't have to do all that they did to defeat the entity...

And does Lilly get eaten? No she does not...

The dagger Taniel brought saves her, turns out the Entity is scared of whatever made its former cage...

That doesn't mean it does no Damage though...

Hanlon sees his wife Charlotte but its actually the Entity, and so he is forced to shoot her, convinced that anything that shouldn't be here is the entity, he almost shoots his son, but his second comes in the way and dies of a gun shot...
