It: Welcome To Derry Episode 6, A daughter knows...

ree

I knew it! No one in Derry can be this comforting, from what I know about the movies, every Adult in Derry is somewhat affected by the Entity, which is why it was so surprising for me to see an adult's perspective being shown in the movie, but, I guess these ones are new, so it is fine.

But Ingrid was a bit much for me, in a Horror Show, how is it that someone is this much of a source of comfort for one of the main characters is even existing somewhere close to Derry, much less in Juniper Hill...

So obviously at some point it was going to turn out that all of this kindness had some dark undercurrent... and of course it does, but once it is revealed, so is the main reason for why Ingrid and Lilly are so close, Ingrid also lost her father when she was young.

And her Father, is the inspiration for the Entity taking on the form of Pennywise the Dancing Clown, because Pennywise was once a real clown.

The entity taking the Form of Ingrid's Father.

And now he just lives in the sewers and eats children...

But regardless for some reason, the Entity chose to convince Ingrid that he is actually her Father.

I just have one question, how does the Entity choose whom to drive crazy and whom to eat?

Regardless, however it does that, it's intentions are clear, in the previous episode the members of the Shokopiwah tribe mentioned that right before the next 27 years of Calm, the Entity has the towns people become more riled up and aggressive for an event known as the Augury, basically the clown's closing act to cap it all off.

And it seems all the pieces are in place, for one after the last episode, Lilly has suddenly grown a strange attachment to the piece of the Entity's cage that kept it at bay, and after wanting to use it in order to go back and kill it, Ronnie and Lilly fight as Ronnie wants no part of this anymore.

Thankfully for her mood, Will's mom has placed Hank Grogan in a safe place alongside the soldiers Dick Halloran is currently staying with...

I always wondered why the entity would attack the prison transport, I mean I had my suspicions, but this episode confirms it, as the people in the cabin throw a party and Hank speaks with Ronnie and Will, the police officer who convicted Hank as the main offender has now been fired as the station looses faith in his abilities.

He goes to some of his friends as he gets a tip to where Hank really is, and of course Racism is once again the true evil and of course all but one of the kids are present there...

The Racists come to attack and capture Hank Grogan in Masks
Why does horror always have one scene with men in scary masks? Seriously, why?

Speaking of the kids, Marge and Rich are developing quite the cutesy romance...

I wonder if that's gonna last, just like I wonder the same for Ronnie and Will.

This is is Stephen King's world, things very rarely end up in a good state here, even if he isnt directly involved as much as he was in the books.

One thing that I didnt mention yet because I didnt see how it was relevant to the rest of the plot, is that Dick's Shine ability gives him the ability to see the dead, I know it will play into the Finale somehow, but I don't know how...

Dick Halloran tells Hanlon that he can see dead things
