Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, What if...? Anti IMF???

Now that the last movie left us with some delicious delicious sequel bait, what do we have in Mission Improbable Rogue Nation???

And who is this Rogue Nation.

Well first of all, in order to make this truly a Mission Impossible, the IMF is once again Disbanded, but this time by the director of the CIA.

And this time Our very own Ethan Hunt is fighting none other than the one and only Assassin's Creed Syndicate

Wait no, not that one, just Syndicate, I don't know what to say, anyone says Syndicate, I think of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, I really am a true fan aren't I?

Well because the Syndicate is a Ghost Rogue Nation(their words not mine).

The CIA doesn't believe Ethan Hunt and want to shut him down believing this Syndicate to be a sham to justify the Existence of IMF, and so it is dismantled and assimilated into the CIA, owning in no small part to their unorthodox methods and the almost Nuclear strike at the end of the last movie, and also because the Secretary who is supposed to handle all the political sides to whatever shenanigans they get up to, is dead.

So once again Ethan Hunt is on his own, but is he really? Because Benji and Brandt alongside Luther who quit are still his friends.

And so it is off to the chases once again alongside their new friend from the British MI6 who isn't James Bond Surprisingly, no this time it is Special Agent Ilsa Faust who is also after the Syndicate but this woman is supposed to Deliver the information to the MI6.

And while Benji got them out of that pickle by making a copy of the files, the Files are encrypted and only the British Prime minister can open these files because Sike! The Syndicate was set up by the MI6 as another version of IMF, but the British minister hated it so much that he rejected the Idea, which means, that Ilsa's boss also has a stake in the matter, wiping out her Drive and sending her to the new leader of the Syndicate called Solomon Lane.

Lane went Rogue and started leading the Syndicate as a global Terrorist organization who want an all out Nuclear War, and dismantle the Old World Order to set up a new one.

Yes it's one of those films guys.

Am I the only one who thinks of Lois Lane every time the say Lane???

But what other way is there to save the world than to once again set up an elaborate plan where he makes the entirety of the Audience believe that his friend Brandt is selling him to the CIA only to turn it around and make it into a secret operation to reveal the Truth to the director of the CIA, bringing him on their side and making him the savior and the perfect cover story for why there were IMF agents near the British Prime Minister and Why they must catch the leader of the MI6.

But the story is not done, my dearest Solomon Lane has taken a page straight out of the book of Owen Davian and decided to bring Ethan's friend and new Love interest in the Crossfire.

So he does an elaborate set up with Benji wearing a bomb vest and Ilsa right there beside him and Benji having a device in his ear to control him so Lane can speak through him.

And well, there is a twist in the plot, because there always is, Ethan claims to have memorized the Drive Lane is looking for and the only way for Solomon to know this for sure is to let Benji go and face Ethan alongside Ilsa Face to face.

Obviously this is a Trap set by Ethan and the day is saved!!! Yayyyy!!!!

As a bonus, obviously the leader of the CIA is now on the side of the IMF, and the new Secretary, welcome to the fucking IMF I guess.

I sure do hope that now that this team has finally been set in stone with their interpersonal relationships and bonds, we don't suddenly loose another person due to reasons outside of this movie...
